A little feedback goes a long way

Darlings!

Let me tell you how excited I am about the 30+ members the podcast Ravelry group has. It’s growing everyday, and I’m no longer the only one starting threads of conversation. Do you know how amazing that is to me? I was terrified that no one would join, and so far we’re up to 30+ members! Do I seem excited? No? I AM! It’s incredible!!

Excuse me for the exclamation points.

The reason I am excited, aside from the fact that the group is growing, is that I am finally receiving little bits of feedback from listeners. Through the contact link here on the site, through Ravelry, and I have to tell you–it feels gooood. It’s great knowing that people are enjoying the podcast (though I freely admit that the episodes still aren’t to the point I feel really proud of them), and that there are those of you who keep returning to hear what I have to say or share. It’s warm and fuzzy feeling.

Speaking of the podcast, did I ever mention the Busting-Stashes-Every-Chance-I-Get baby blanket I started? It’s a CAL on the aforementioned Ravelry group for the podcast, but I made it to sell on the MommySquared etsy shop that Caryn and I set up. I made it a CAL, and a free pattern, to motivate myself, as well as others who have stash overload, thus needing to get rid of some. Free the stash, free yourself! Or that’s what I’m telling myself will happen. :)

Besides, more yarn out leads to more yarn in (eventually), and that’s exciting too!

Total side note, but I’ve been thinking that the site needs a redesign. It seems…cluttered to me. What say you?
