Crochet Academy: Seminar 1 Swatches

Well, I didn’t find my H hook, but I did manage to find my way to the store to buy a new one!
These are the swatches I made in preparation for February 28th’s Seminar over at Art of Crochet. It never fails to amaze me how much difference a hook can make, but a difference made it does!
I purposefully stacked these three swatches on top of each other so that you could see the difference. They’re stricly single crochet stitches, 25 stitches by 25 rows. I have a needle through the bottom right corners because I’m impatient and didn’t want to block.
Blocking is still a new thing for me. I’ve admitted before, and I will admit it again: I’ve never blocked. Horrible? Maybe not world-ending, but it’s not a good thing, either.
